Return & Exchange Policy
1. Event Service Policy : 𖧹 Due to the nature of our event-based services, returns are not applicable once a service has been delivered.
𖧹 If there are technical issues during the event, we will work to resolve them immediately.
2. Product Return Policy (If applicable): If Techkilla provides custom-printed merchandise or physical products, returns/exchanges apply under these conditions:
𖧹 Defective or Damaged Items: Report within
48 hours of receiving the product for a replacement.
𖧹 Non-Returnable Items: Custom-printed merchandise (e.g., tote bags, photo frames) cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Refund Policy: 𖧹 Refunds are processed for cancellations made within our allowed cancellation window.
𖧹 Any refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
